Spring in Seattle is like no other. You can feel the cool breeze, from the wind, the animals coming out from hibernation, and most importantly, the sight of the blossoming, vivid flowers. We have various different types of flowers, from Japanese cherry blossoms to vibrant hydrangeas. Although, when observing these types of flowers, my architecture oriented brain takes note of one specific thing; the structure of the flower's petal. I enjoy distinguishing how pieces of nature can be implemented into the architecture world by becoming the building. This is where my interest for biomorphic architecture came into play. Biomorphic architecture is an architectural style that adapts various shapes and patterns that are loosely based on nature and living organisms. Here are some examples of different structures from around the world!

The Lotus Temple a Baháʼí House of Worship - Delhi, India

Orquideorama Botanic Garden - Medellín, Colombia

Gardens by the Bay - Singapore
